MTAB Engineers is looking for a Customer Development Executive Intern who wants to gain industry experience in customer communication, email campaigning, call follow-ups, customer relationship management, and administrative activities.

As a Customer Development Executive Intern, your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

Core Functional Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and send email campaigns to prospective and existing customers.
  

• Prepare and maintain customer contact lists for email campaigning activities.
  

• Conduct regular call follow-ups with prospective customers and interested leads.
  

• Communicate with customers through emails and calls to provide information and address basic queries.
  

• Track email campaign responses and coordinate follow-up activities.
  

• Identify potential customers and support lead generation activities.
  

• Maintain and update customer information, communication records, and follow-up status in CRM systems.
  

• Assist in scheduling customer calls, meetings, and follow-up reminders.
  

• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, database management, and record maintenance.
  

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on email campaigns, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and completion of assigned tasks.
  

General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and team members to support customer development activities.
  

• Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to various day-to-day activities.
  

• Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
  

• Work with the reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams.
  

• Complete assigned tasks and administrative activities within deadlines.
  

• Follow organizational systems, processes, and communication guidelines.
  

About Abhyaz Internships

Abhyaz Internships are a 4–16 week remote opportunity designed to develop your professional skills while you work on critical real-time projects.

You are expected to spend 10 to 15 hours a week. Our team of mentors and industry professionals guide you through every step of the project to help you gain valuable hands-on experience.

We publish your work results in your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthen your professional resume and social media profiles while showcasing your work to better position your talents for future opportunities.

The outcomes will be bite-sized projects delivered every week. Your work will be reviewed and graded by peers and supervisors.

Interns who excel in their projects may be offered a full-time job with the company.

Internship Work Timings at Abhyaz

1. Full-Time Interns (11 AM – 5 PM)

• Must be fully available in the virtual office.
  

• Allowed to take scheduled breaks.
  

2. Part-Time Interns

• Slot 1: 11 AM – 2 PM
  

• Slot 2: 2 PM – 5 PM
  

• Interns must be present in the virtual office during their chosen slot.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any relevant field.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic understanding of email campaigning, customer engagement, and follow-up processes.
  

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  

• Good organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
  

• Ability to communicate professionally through emails and phone calls.
  

• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and processes.
  

• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges.
  

• Ability to manage assigned tasks and complete work within deadlines.
