Job description

OVERVIEW

iTech AG is seeking a Program Director to support a federal enterprise ServiceNow implementation. The Program Director will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of assigned projects and workstreams, overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning through delivery. The role will establish and manage schedules, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and summarize project progress. The Program Director will serve as a key interface among Government stakeholders, technical teams, business users, and iTech AG leadership to ensure work is delivered on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with contractual and mission requirements. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals, manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and lead the work of others in a dynamic federal IT environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and assigned workstreams
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules; establish deadlines, milestones, priorities, and task assignments
  • Assign responsibilities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead and direct the work of project team members
  • Monitor project performance and progress against established plans, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive-level updates for Government and iTech AG leadership
  • Facilitate project meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies, track action items and decisions, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate items requiring leadership or Government action
  • Coordinate closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and Government stakeholders to support successful platform delivery
  • Support requirements, release, deployment, and change-management activities across the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure project activities and deliverables align with contractual requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and organizational processes
  • Perform a variety of project management tasks requiring extensive experience, independent judgment, creativity, and latitude; other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience supporting complex IT programs or projects
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and completing projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience with project planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments; federal IT or  ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting enterprise IT modernization, or federal civilian agency programs; Scrum Master, SAFe, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus

SECURITY CLEARANCE

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
