Job description

Oak View Group:

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.

Overview:

The Manager, Systems Success, will serve as the bridge between central systems/processes and local execution. Help local sales, service, and marketing teams adopt best practices; use systems correctly; and translate client feedback into actionable feedback for Sales Performance, Revenue Marketing, and Revenue Systems & Data. Under the Sales Performance vertical, the goal is to help all venues and clients achieve optimal revenue to goal success.

This role pays an annual salary of $91,300 - $118,600 and is bonus eligible.

Benefits for Full-Time Roles: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)

This position will remain open until December 25, 2026.

Responsibilities:
  • Share best practices across assigned venues and help local teams apply sales, service, marketing, and systems playbooks.
  • Support user adoption for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, reporting, lead distribution, campaigns, and other commercial workflows.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales on execution and local accountability at assigned venues.
  • Partner with the Revenue Systems & Data Team to surface recurring system issues, training needs, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Help local teams understand how to use central tools without relying on central staff for routine execution.
  • Provide practical enablement, office hours, documentation, and follow-up support.
  • Act as an early-warning system for adoption gaps, process confusion, or service-model breakdowns.
  • Evaluate, operate, and manage the documentation repository for systems use and training to ensure all venues and clients are enabled by the sales systems.
  • Fill the gaps needed in executing sales and marketing campaigns related to system set-up and usage.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of successful revenue-generating and/or systems enablement experience, preferably in premium seating, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics related to sales technology and systems usage and adoption.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales technology tools to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and produce performance reports.
  • Previous experience in assisting in managing partner success and relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
