Healthcare Recruiter (Temporary)

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a short-term remote assignment supporting hiring across multiple healthcare locations in the U.S.

This is an immediate need expected to last approximately 2–3 months, with the potential to extend. The position offers flexibility to work between 20 and 40 hours per week and is fully remote within the U.S.

The Recruiter will manage a high-volume requisition workload and support hiring for clinical and behavioral health positions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 25–30 open requisitions at a time
• Recruit for positions including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Therapists
• Source and engage qualified healthcare candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
• Coordinate candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS
• Support hiring needs across inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience
• Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload
• Familiarity recruiting nurses, behavioral health professionals, therapists, or similar healthcare positions preferred
• Strong sourcing, candidate communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
