Revit BIM Designer

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Revit BIM Designer for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting large-scale industrial and data center projects. This position is best suited for a highly accomplished Revit professional with extensive MEP modeling experience who can independently manage complex models in a remote environment.

Pay Rate: $40–$50+/hr (based on education background and experience)

The work will primarily involve mechanical, piping, plumbing, and electrical systems for industrial facilities, including data center water treatment infrastructure and maintenance facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed Revit models for mechanical, piping, plumbing, electrical, conduit, and cable systems
• Lead modeling efforts and coordinate design information across multiple disciplines
• Create intelligent, data-driven models using Revit parameters, schedules, and integrated model information
• Collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) in a cloud-based project environment
• Coordinate models with engineering and design teams to identify and resolve conflicts
• Maintain modeling standards, accuracy, documentation, and consistency throughout the project
• Independently manage modeling assignments and deliverables in a fully remote environment

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related design discipline or Bachelor's degree in Engineering considered
• 8+ years of Revit/BIM design experience within MEP, architectural, or industrial environments
• Advanced Revit expertise with extensive experience developing complex, production-level models
• Strong mechanical/piping and electrical modeling capabilities
• Proven experience successfully working in a fully remote design or engineering role
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong understanding of Revit parameters, schedules, families, and model data integration
• Industrial, infrastructure, or data center project experience preferred
• Structural modeling experience is beneficial but not required
