Job description

ABOUT GMR MARKETING

We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity

NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE.

The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.

NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING.

The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.

NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS.

It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the Account Supervisor to support the day-to-day management and execution of partnership programs. You will take ownership of the ticketing process, including ticket allocation, approvals, fulfillment, tracking, and serving as the primary point of contact for ticket-related needs.

The Account Executive will play an important role in keeping partnership initiatives organized and moving forward, serving as a key connector between the client, rights holders, internal teams, and external partners. This role requires strong communication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will thrive in this role if you are eager to learn, motivated to grow, and excited to take on new challenges. You are highly organized, driven, and proactive, with a self-starter mentality and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Execution & Organization. You will support the management and activation of partnership assets across a global sponsorship portfolio, maintaining detailed timelines, status trackers, activation trackers, reports, recaps, and other account administration tools.
  • Ticketing. You will take ownership of ticketing assets and processes, including allocation, approvals, and fulfillment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for ticketing related inquiries.
  • Client Support & Communication. You will support day-to-day client and partner relationships, helping prepare materials, track action items, and ensure follow-through across programs. You are professional, polished, and confident when working with senior level clients and have strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability. You work closely with the Account Supervisor and internal teams to deliver seamless execution of client marketing objectives, while also coordinating with external partners, rights holders, and vendors. You are self-motivated, solutions oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. You can quickly adjust priorities, identify and resolve challenges, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while supporting the overall success of the team.
  • Event Execution. You will manage logistics for smaller scale events, including business meetings, stadium tours, and speaking engagements, while supporting larger hospitality events onsite as needed. You are comfortable working in live event environments and understand the importance of delivering a seamless experience for clients and guests.
  • Travel & Flexibility. You are open to work-related travel for client meetings and event execution, including occasional weekends. You are comfortable working outside normal business hours when needed to support global programs, stakeholders across time zones, and a client based on the West Coast.

The annual range for this role varies between $50,000-$60,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
