Job description

Status: Full-Time Hourly 

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: The Partnership & Engagement Coordinator leads audience engagement, partnership support, event coordination, ecosystem development, and growth-support activities across the Global Leadership Institute (GLI) and selected Employee & Program Development (EPD) initiatives.

The position is responsible for helping employees, partners, faculty members, learners, attendees, funders, affiliates, and external audiences understand, engage with, and support organizational priorities, learning opportunities, initiatives, products, services, and events.

The role serves as the bridge between strategy and audience engagement by translating complex organizational initiatives into clear, compelling, and actionable communications and engagement activities. Responsibilities include CRM management, audience development, campaign support, internal communications coordination, event planning and execution, participant and partner engagement, Exchange promotion, faculty communications support, sponsorship support, and relationship-development activities.

Qualification/Requirements: 

  • Associate's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, business administration, education, public relations, human services, organizational development, or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience developing partnerships, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, business development, and related
  • Experience working within a non-profit, workforce development, and community-based organizations is preferred. 
  • Experience in event planning is a preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virutal communication platforms
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
  • Travel may be needed for meetings, training, and events
