Job Summary

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients, leading key relationships, shaping brand and marketing priorities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful work. You’ll have ownership across a focused client portfolio, providing strategic and account leadership across a broad range of integrated initiatives while ensuring seamless delivery and a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior client partner and key point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders

  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, brands, audiences, competitive landscape, and broader market to help identify priorities and opportunities

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to shape brand priorities, marketing plans, and strategic recommendations

  • Lead the development and delivery of client presentations, creative briefs, integrated plans, and recommendations

  • Oversee the overall health of the account, including scope, staffing, timelines, budgets, and quality of delivery

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges, opportunities, and changing priorities

  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand our work based on evolving brand and business needs

  • Lead, mentor, and support account team members, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

  • Partner closely with strategy, creative, project management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, audience-focused work

  • Effectively manage across internal and client teams to maintain alignment, momentum, and a high standard of client service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in advertising or marketing setting with progressive account leadership responsibility

  • Healthcare, health and wellness, or other relevant marketing experience highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing and experience translating audience insights and business objectives into effective brand and marketing programs

  • Experience owning client relationships and leading integrated marketing initiatives from strategy through execution

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing scopes, budgets, and account resources

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate recommendations and navigate client conversations

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities, solving problems proactively, and bringing clarity to fast-moving work

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, consultative, and client-focused approach
