En Solvo Global nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Virtual Insurance Verification Officer para trabajar de forma remota en apoyo a importante cliente del sector salud en EE. UU. (MEG Business Management. LLC).

Detalles de la Oferta:

  • Modalidad: 100% Remoto
  • Jornada / Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 AM a 5:00 PM EST

Requisitos:

  • Inglés Avanzado (C1 - 90% mínimo): Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita para interacción constante en EE. UU.
  • Experiencia previa (+2 años): Manejo de verificación de beneficios de seguros médicos y autorizaciones en entornos clínicos/médicos.
  • Conocimiento técnico: Experiencia en manejo de sistemas EMR e informática general.
  • Competencias: Excelente servicio al cliente, capacidad para trabajo independiente, multitarea bajo presión y empatía.

Funciones Principales:

  • Obtener verificación de beneficios y autorizaciones de manera eficiente y precisa para múltiples clínicas.
  • Manejar llamadas entrantes y salientes con clientes, pacientes y aseguradoras.
  • Responder consultas sobre la práctica médica manteniendo una actitud empática, profesional y calmada.
  • Trabajar de forma coordinada utilizando distintos sistemas EMR simultáneamente.
