Key Account Manager

Now we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in the United Kingdom and report to the Country Manager UKI and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.  

Your role in the blend 

In this role, you will: 

• Grow and develop key national out of home accounts. 

• Win new business across QSR, contract catering, leisure and chain operators. 

• Build and execute customer growth plans that deliver against sales and profitability targets. 

• Develop strategic relationships with decision makers across both operators and wholesalers whilst leading commercial negotiations, joint business planning and customer activations. 

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, category and culinary teams to drive market-leading execution with a 5-star team. 

Your key ingredients 

You’re an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader with a passion for food and delivering growth in competitive markets. Brings a consumer and customer-first mindset, building long-term, sustainable partnerships while successfully growing foodservice and Out of Home (OOH) accounts. Combines deep knowledge of QSR, pub, leisure, catering and chain operator channels with strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a proven track record of driving profitable growth. 

To succeed in this role, you likely have: 

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for food and winning in a competitive market.  

• A consumer and customer first approach to develop long term sustainable partnerships 

• Proven success managing and growing foodservice or OOH customers. 

• Strong knowledge of QSR, pub, leisure, catering or chain operators. 

• Commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a track record of delivering growth.
