We are open to remote work from one of the provinces that we are established in – Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

What You Will Do

Luminultra is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening Luminultra’s digital presence and supporting our growth strategy through focused, measurable digital marketing execution. You will own and optimize our digital channels, helping us reach the right audiences, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

You’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the role, understanding business objectives, selecting the right digital tactics, bringing campaigns to life, and measuring their impact. You’ll work across our website, digital advertising, email marketing, account-based marketing and marketing technology ecosystem, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance and the customer journey.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our commercial function to turn growth objectives into effective digital campaigns and measurable results. 

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support key organizational objectives and have key responsibilities such as:

• Own and optimize our website and digital channels, managing content, landing pages, forms, navigation, tracking and integrations while improving conversion and visibility across search engines and AI-powered discovery tools.
• Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns, including account-based marketing, paid search, social advertising, email and web campaigns, to reach priority audiences, generate opportunities and support account growth.
• Own the day-to-day deployment of Pardot, including audience management, data quality, email campaigns, forms and campaign tracking. Partner with Sales Operations to connect marketing engagement to opportunities and revenue.
• Measure, analyze and improve digital performance by establishing clear metrics, validating tracking and using testing and insights to improve engagement, qualified opportunities, conversions and return on digital spending.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and external partners to align digital activities with broader commercial objectives and coordinate campaign assets, budgets and delivery.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies, including SEO, analytics, advertising platforms and AI-powered discovery, and identify opportunities to improve Luminultra’s digital performance.

This position offers a base salary range of $60,000-$70,000 CAD depending on experience, with the opportunity for increased compensation through our bonus program.

Who You Are

You're a curious, resourceful and results-oriented individual who enjoys both the strategic thinking and hands-on execution required to deliver effective digital marketing. You're comfortable working independently, digging into the details, troubleshooting problems and using data to understand what is working and where there are opportunities to improve. Additionally, you bring skills and experience such as:

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, with examples of measurable results or improvements you have delivered.
• Experience managing websites, digital advertising platforms and marketing technology systems.
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms, including segmentation, campaign tracking and data quality.
• Practical knowledge of web analytics, conversion tracking and SEO, with an interest in how AI is changing the way buyers discover and evaluate information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, interpret campaign performance and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Sound judgment in selecting digital tactics based on business objectives, target audiences and available budgets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain digital marketing results, recommendations and technical concepts in plain language.
