GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

And we’re looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead Management & Pipelines: Import client leads via CSV files, configure custom fields, and set up sales/pipeline tracking within GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Automated Workflow & Campaign Building: Design, build, test, and document automated SMS reactivation campaigns, workflows, and response-based branching logic.

• Compliance & Deliverability Handling: Manage A2P registration processes, handle consent tracking, manage Do-Not-Disturb (DND) status, and process opt-out requests.

• AI & Live Conversation Handover: Implement Conversation AI settings and establish protocols for transitioning conversations from automated systems to human team members.

• Calendar Integrations: Integrate calendars and set up automated appointment-booking workflows.

• Analytics & Snapshot Creation: Build performance reporting dashboards to track recovered revenue and create reusable GHL snapshots for scalable deployment.

Qualifications:

• Proven GoHighLevel (GHL) Experience: Must have hands-on, practical experience building and managing backend setups in GoHighLevel—not just theoretical knowledge or limited exposure.

• Pipeline & Data Management: Demonstrated ability to set up pipelines, configure custom fields, and perform clean CSV lead imports.

• Campaign & Automation Building: Hands-on experience creating SMS campaigns, automated workflows, and complex response-based branching logic.

• Compliance & Deliverability Standards: Technical familiarity with setting up and managing A2P registration, consent tracking, DND (Do-Not-Disturb) protocols, and opt-out handling.

• AI & Integration Management: Experience configuring Conversation AI, managing automated-to-human handovers, and setting up calendar/appointment-booking integrations.

• Analytics & System Scaling: Ability to build performance reporting dashboards (specifically for tracking recovered revenue) and build reusable GHL snapshots.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN PST | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱63K/month
