Enterprise SDR / Appointment Setter

And we’re looking for a Enterprise SDR / Appointment Setterr to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build target-account and stakeholder lists.

• Run personalized email, LinkedIn, and light phone outreach to enterprise FP&A, CFOs, and senior corporate leaders at Fortune 500–2,000 companies (mainly B2B manufacturing and consumer sectors)

• Book introductory/pre-qualified meetings and manage follow-ups — hand off to client or the team for full qualification

• In some cases, operate as the client through his LinkedIn.

• Bring new ideas, tools, and outreach strategies to the table.

Required Tools

• Email Sequencing Tools

Qualifications:

• Strong diction and spoken English

• Consultative questioning — clients wants someone who asks questions on calls, not just talks about themselves

• AI literacy — using ChatGPT/Claude for personalized outreach, connecting tools via Zapier, etc. 

• Practical LinkedIn prospecting and email sequencing/cadence experience

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US - PST Hours | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱45K/month
