Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant

Your mission

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a successful Salesforce migration and integration project within an international team. Your focus will be on translating functional requirements into working solutions and making sure data and processes move cleanly into Sales Cloud.

In this role, you will:

• Execute the defined data migration plan independently, covering data mapping, cleansing, loading via Data Loader, error handling, and validation.
• Support the integration work by applying your understanding of API concepts, data flow, and field mapping.
• Act as the functional point of contact for developers, answering their questions based on the existing functional specification.
• Run functional and integration testing, log defects clearly, and retest fixes until the solution meets requirements.
• Configure and work with Sales Cloud, standard and custom objects, and their data relationships.
• Keep the project on track by working within the agreed scope and escalating any topics that fall outside it.
• Collaborate closely with an international project team, communicating clearly in English across all stages.

Your profile

• 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Admin.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Business Analyst.
• Practical experience with Salesforce data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, Data Loader, error handling, and migration execution.
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, standard/custom objects, and data relationships.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and understanding basic API, data flow, and field mapping concepts.
• Ability to answer developers’ functional questions based on an existing functional specification.
• Experience with functional and integration testing, defect logging, and retesting.
• Ability to execute an already defined migration and integration plan independently and escalate topics outside the agreed scope.
• Good English and communication skills in an international project team.
