Marketing Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Supporting an engineering project, this position coordinates technical customer requirements, design engineering workflows, supplier alignment, and social media marketing activities. The role acts as a pivot to ensure product deliverables meet quality expectations, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. Working remotely approximately 2 hours per week, this independent contractor position combines customer liaison, supply chain coordination, and social media lead generation. 

This role involves driving customer engagements, facilitating design hand-offs to a part-time design engineer, liaising with established suppliers, and running targeted social media marketing campaigns to support venture growth and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with customers to capture and define technical project requirements.
  

• Liaise with a part-time design engineer to convert customer requirements into CAD and 3D design deliverables.
  

• Align with established suppliers to ensure component delivery within project timelines and budgetary targets.
  

• Manage social media channels to promote carbon fibre products, sheets, tubes, custom fabrications, and design engineering support services to generate sales.
  

• Monitor project milestones to drive end-to-end delivery for custom technical orders.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical projects or coordinating multi-stakeholder delivery workflows.
  

• Background or strong practical exposure across sales, marketing, or customer coordination.
  

• Experience or functional capability in running social media campaigns to generate sales leads.
  

• Ability to understand technical customer briefs and liaise effectively with engineering and supply chain functions.
  

Desirable Requirements

• Prior exposure to carbon fibre products, composite materials, or custom manufacturing processes.
