The Role

We are looking for a Back-End Data Engineer to join our agile team. Operating at an SFIA 3 level, you will focus on building robust back-end microservices, high-performance data pipelines, managing MS SQL platforms, and implementing enterprise ETL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Back-End & API Development: Design, build, and maintain back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using C#, .NET, and NodeJS.

• Data Engineering & ETL: Develop data pipelines, MS SQL database schemas, and enterprise ETL/ELT processes.

• Integration & Streaming: Connect back-end applications to event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.

• AI & DevOps: Leverage modern AI tooling to streamline workflows, automate deployments via CI/CD, and monitor application health.

What We’re Looking For

• Core Tech Stack: C#, .NET, NodeJS, and MS SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).

• Data Architecture: Hands-on experience with ETL workflows, data integration pipelines, and event-driven messaging (RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).

• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure SQL).

• Mindset: Proactive with AI tooling, comfortable with pair programming, and possessed of an entrepreneurial, problem-solving drive.
