Customer Support Representative - Dutch Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

A Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Solid working English alongside your Dutch
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role

Working Conditions:
