About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, Customer Success to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team is responsible for operationalizing our Revenue organization and driving the efficiency and scalability needed to support continued growth.

In this role, you’ll support and scale our Customer Success organization, the team responsible for onboarding, training, activation, cross-selling, and retention across our SMB segment. You’ll own the operational backbone of the function, ensuring the team has the processes, systems, insights, capacity, and incentives needed to improve productivity and drive customer activation, growth, and retention.

You will act as the strategic RevOps partner to Customer Success leadership, translating company goals into executable operating plans and driving continuous improvement across pursuit allocation, rep productivity, funnel conversion, and pipeline generation.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end Revenue Operations support for the Customer Success organization, from Training to ramped customer

  • Translate company-level revenue and pipeline goals into clear, executable operating plans for the Customer Success team

  • Partner with Customer Success leadership on capacity planning, headcount modeling, territory design, productivity targets, and performance management

  • Develop and optimize pursuit prioritization, routing, distribution, and coverage strategies to ensure reps focus on the highest-value opportunities

  • Build reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into rep activity, productivity, funnel conversion, pursuit health, and pipeline generation

  • Identify funnel gaps and partner with Customer Success leadership to improve connect rates, meeting-set rates, show rates, and overall meetings held

  • Design, refine, and automate workflows that increase Customer Success efficiency and reduce administrative work

  • Establish strong pipeline-management practices, including aging, follow-up, recycling, and closed-lost processes

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and central RevOps to ensure alignment across the top-of-funnel customer journey

  • Support experimentation and pilots across messaging, channels, lead prioritization, and rep workflows, then translate successful tests into scalable operating processes

  • Support a Customer Success organization that will be expanding internationally into several countries over the next 12 months

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related field

  • Proven experience supporting a Customer Success, SDR, outbound sales, or pipeline-generation organization

  • Strong understanding of Customer Success funnel metrics, including activity, connect rates, meetings set, meetings held, conversion rates, and pipeline generation

  • Experience with capacity planning, territory design, routing, lead or pursuit prioritization, and performance management

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and analytics tools such as Looker and Hex

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear, scalable processes and operating rhythms

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred

  • Operates with urgency and ownership and is comfortable navigating ambiguity

  • Able to identify problems, develop recommendations, and independently drive initiatives from strategy through execution
