• Collaborate with global industrial clients to optimize operations and design business solutions across the entire industrial value chain (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations).

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• You must have 5+ years of experience in the Industrial sector (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, or Operations) or in management consulting focused on industrial clients.
• Deep understanding of industrial core processes and functional best practices.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively with global clients and teams.

DESIRABLE:

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementations.

• Functional knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce.

• Experience in team development, mentoring, and capability building.

• Proven ability to formulate structured solutions to complex business problems
• Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and action plans
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering transformational programs with multi-stakeholder alignment

• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work in distributed, global delivery teams
