HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

• Partner with global Life Sciences companies to drive R&D transformation, optimize clinical and regulatory processes, and enable digital innovation across the drug development lifecycle.
• Support R&D strategy and transformation programs while designing and optimizing clinical, regulatory, and lab processes.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Postgraduate degree preferred).
• Careers that strongly fit this role include Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, and Bioinformatics.
• You must have 1–3+ years of experience in Life Sciences and/or consulting for Analysts, or 3-10+ years of experience for Consultants.
• Advanced English is mandatory.

We will be glad to interview you if you have deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities:

R&D AREAS: Experience in at least two R&D areas such as Clinical Operations / Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Lab Informatics (R&D/QC Labs/LIMS, ELN), Quality Management Systems, or AI in Life Sciences.

R&D PLATFORMS: Knowledge of R&D platforms such as Veeva Clinical Suite, Veeva RIM, CTMS, LIMS, ARGUS, ELN, Medidata RAVE is highly valued.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in R&D operating model design and process transformation.

• Exposure to digital clinical trials or automation initiatives.

📍 KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Experience working in global projects or international environments as Business Analyst or Project Manager (highly desirable)

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Stakeholder engagement and excellent presentation capabilities
