ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate Manager, People Lead for Supply Planning, you will lead the Repack Team in delivering the supply plan with established External Manufacturing while coordinating broader objectives around dependent demand accuracy and Key Customer fulfillment. You will have responsibility for the North America Consumer Brands network and direct people management. In addition, you will oversee the escalation of business critical topics and risk mitigation in our weekly Execution meetings and enable effective communication and business stability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify supply risks, escalate to stakeholders, and develop/support mitigation plans to achieve project objectives
  • Align project inputs for demand and supply planners to ensure accurate forecast and analysis is presented during S&OE
  • Lead and coordinate S&OE meetings and ensure alignment with NA standards and best practices while also tracking deliverables and ensuring completion of tasks
  • Actively participate in the monthly Supply Review (Step 3) meetings as a part of the S&OP process
  • Engage cross-functional partners in hitting important timelines and business objectives
  • Lead a team of supply planners and support Supplier Performance Management and ensure production expectations are maintained
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external manufacturing / co-packing partners to translate forecast changes, customer priorities, volume shifts, and supply constraints into executable supply plans, while proactively monitoring and resolving risks related to production timing, component availability, RDC availability, service recovery, and inventory constraints

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with an exposure to Supply Planning; 3+ years with advanced degree
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • MS or MBA
  • ASCM certificate (CSCP, CPIM etc)
  • Planning systems experience: Kinaxis (MRP), SAP ECC (ERP)
  • Direct people leadership experience
  • High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key business and planning concepts
  • Ability to drive action and influence decision making at different levels of the organization
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate complex information, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives through execution and deliver measurable results
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
  • Planning systems experience: Kinaxis (MRP), SAP ECC (ERP)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time position, standard business hours Monday through Friday
  • Remote work available once a week for eligible employees
  • Some travel required -  around 20%
  • This role is not eligible for relocation

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 106,480.00 USD - 111,804.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we’re proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value.
