RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Description:

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules
• Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements
• Manage HRIS efficiently
• Conduct background checks on applicants
• Assist in orientations and support candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
• Source and manage applicant leads through various recruitment channels
• Organize and encode applicant data in the HR database
• Post and share job vacancies on social media and job boards
• Respond to basic applicant inquiries and encourage application completion
• Manage and maintain recruiter Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
• Join and engage in job hiring–related social media groups
• Support recruitment marketing through market research and social media campaigns
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required
  

Equipment:

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Intel i3processor and 8 GB RAM)
• Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
• Connectivity: Wired connection; minimum of 20 Mbps
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord
