Job description

This is a remote position.


We are currently looking for a  Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience working as a resourcer, ideally in the construction industry. Experience managing a team of resourcers will also be an advantage. 

GigBridge is a new and innovative recruitment platform for the construction industry. Our mission is to improve the lives of construction workers across the UK. We've built the UK's first recruitment platform to connect construction companies directly with the talent and resource they need to deliver their projects on time and to high standards. You'll be working with a forward-thinking team and use our growing suite of internal tools to quickly find and match skilled labour, trades and professionals to job openings. We are a data-driven team with a focus on improving the hiring experience for our clients and workers.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Working with a team of resourcers to respond to new job openings 
  • Using our internal tools to identify, shortlist and screen candidates 
  • Provide suggestions to our tech and operations on improving processes to speed up fill time. 
  • Post job advertisements and track performance 
  • Conduct screening calls and onboard new candidates on an ongoing basis. 



Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years experience working as a resourcer. Ideally in construction. 
  • Experience managing a team of resourcers would be an advantage.
  • Be very comfortable using new technology tools and CRM databases 
  • Have a can-do and can-learn attitude. Working at GigBridge involves learning fast and finding new ways to get things done.
