Our client is a regulated FinTech company delivering innovative cross-border payment solutions to businesses operating internationally. As part of its growth strategy, the company is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

This opportunity is designed for a commercially driven business development professional with an established network of corporate decision-makers and a deep understanding of regional financial ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating the company's international expansion.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development initiatives across assigned international markets and financial centres;

  • Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients with cross-border payment and treasury needs;

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects through networking, referrals, industry relationships, and strategic partnerships;

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through onboarding and activation;

  • Develop trusted relationships with founders, CFOs, Treasury Managers, and other senior decision-makers;

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums;

  • Support clients throughout onboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant customer journey;

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities within your region;

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to enhance client experience and commercial performance;

  • Contribute market intelligence and customer insights to support future growth initiatives.

🎓 Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience within FinTech, Payments, Banking, FX, EMI, or Financial Services;

  • Established professional network and proven ability to generate business opportunities within at least one major international financial hub;

  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, corporate banking, treasury solutions, FX products, or international trade;

  • Demonstrated success acquiring and onboarding corporate clients;

  • Experience engaging with financial institutions, payment providers, banks, or internationally active businesses;

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

  • Self-driven and comfortable managing opportunities across multiple jurisdictions and time zones;

  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
