About this Role:

At Brink Constructors, Inc., the Sr. Scheduler develops and owns integrated project schedules across a portfolio of concurrent projects, and sets the scheduling standard that other schedulers on the team follow. • Serve as a technical resource for less experienced schedulers, reviewing their schedule logic and coaching on best practices
  • Interface directly with clients, attend construction meetings, and present statistical and schedule performance reports
  • Analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule performance against baselines; identify variances and drive resolution plans
  • Compile and analyze historical performance data to sharpen forecasting and planning across future bids
  • Identify schedule risk early and develop mitigation strategies before they become cost or claims exposure
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
  • Utilize project management software (P6, MS Project, Tilos) to keep schedules and tracking tight and current
What You'll Bring:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Knowledge of utility industry practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Tilos
