As the Supervisor, Digital Reporting, you’ll supervise the performance of Digital Reporters within your assigned service area, supporting your Area Manager, Digital Reporting in delivering service excellence. You’ll manage expectations for Digital Reporters’ work product and quality against Esquire’s digital reporter scorecard, and serve as a coach and trainer on digital reporting best practices, technologies, and education.
This is a remote position performed within a normal home office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where coaching, sound judgment, and relationship-building are key.
