Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Pay Range: $65.00 to $75.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Analyzes a chain of events and applies knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
- Successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently.
- Gains an understanding of customer requirements and their impact on the direction of a solution.
- Possess a working understanding of the areas of IT and the company's products and services.
- Complete time management, status reports and task updates as required by management.
- Must be able to work demanding hours when required
- Must be able to perform other duties as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Possesses primary knowledge in one application area and working knowledge in one or two others, addressing and resolving problems with some guidance and supervision.
- Applies knowledge with minimal guidance.
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge and retooling on emerging technologies.
- Administers assigned applications and/or technologies, following approved processes and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of assigned applications and/or technologies under guidance from senior staff.
- Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for installed solutions.
- Monitors the performance of assigned applications and related technologies, performing required maintenance and upgrades as appropriate.
- Responsible for writing fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner, adhering to standards.
- Shares knowledge effectively within the work team.

- Education: High School Diploma
- License(s): N/A
- Certification(s): Epic Cadence Certification required
- Years of experience: Must have 1-3 years of experience with Epic Cadence
