Who We Are

At Inclined, we are using modern technology to transform the whole life insurance market by helping all policyholders get the maximum value out of their policies. We are singularly focused on the $1.0 Trillion of cash value in whole life policies today and fixing the legacy problems that have existed in the market for decades relative to how policyholders access their cash value savings. Our platform offers a simple and efficient way to utilize cash value while maintaining the significant tax advantage inherent in whole life policies. We're a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire.

In this role you will capture and maintain relationships with advisors and teams within Northwestern Mutual, Mass Mutual and Guardian. Inclined partners with whole life insurance advisors whose customers are policyholders with cash value savings. You will work with advisors to develop and maintain relationships to be their first choice of a partner to onboard their entire book of business. You are responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with each new advisor and team you bring onboard while continuing to work to add net-new advisors to your growing book of business. Beyond the business development you will understand an advisor’s needs and the needs of their clients in order to properly convey Inclined’s value proposition delivered through the partnership.

Responsibilities

· Manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals working closely with VP Sales

· Consistently work to penetrate target accounts within your book of business

· Engage and ramp relationships with existing advisors through a high velocity consultative sales process where you will average interacting and onboarding advisors and team

· Conduct 1:1 and group pitch meetings weekly

· Manage a high-volume book of business and build strong, durable relationships with advisors to grow their client base on Inclined

· Inform and train advisors clients with up to date product developments and best practices to get the most out of the advisor’s platform

· Support the overall partnership by advocating for the advisor client needs to inform Inclined’s roadmap

· Penetrate and expand the network office with high level relationships: MP’s/MD’s/CGO’s/CDO’s to cascade the endorsement to use Inclined convincing additional advisors to join, influencing additional client adds, and ideally influencing the office to adopt Inclined internally

· Penetrate and expand Guardian and Mass Agencies

· Obtain referrals to CRC Directors for VP of sales to create relationships and engage with our CRC Inclined Resources

· Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries

· Contribute accurate records and notes to a team-wide CRM

· Cross train among other carriers

Qualifications

· 2-3+ years of experience in sales, particular focus in consumer finance

· Demonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience

· Self-directed with the ability to work independently

· Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously

· Team player, accountable, sales minded

· Organized and with strong attention to detail

· Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and follow through

· Ability to travel to your accounts across the United States

Compensation:

Salary and performance-based commissions based on volume production relative to annual targets
