Associate Editorial Contracts and Payments Coordinator

About the Role

Editorial Contracts and Payments Associate Coordinator provide specialized support for assigned journal portfolios by overseeing contracts, administering, payments and implementing measures to safeguard the payment details and personal data of societies, editors and contributors. This role involves advising publishers and external customers on contracts and payments-related queries, as well as, participating in the creation and maintenance of compliant editorial contracts and renewals for assigned journals using the Conga contract management system.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the Editorial Contracts and Payments team. You will help ensure editorial contracts are in place, payments are processed accurately, and financial agreements are managed in line with budgets and compliance requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and maintain editorial contracts, helping ensure agreements are complete, accurate and in place.

  • Process and monitor editorial payments with a strong focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

  • Support financial agreements in line with budgets and compliance requirements.

  • Work closely with publishers, editors, societies, publishing directors and operational colleagues.

  • Manage multiple priorities, resolve issues proactively and provide a customer-focused service.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Poland, the Netherlands, Chennai and the Philippines.

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to automation, AI and data-driven decision-making.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Poland zł58,500 - zł97,400.
