Job description

Location: 100% Remote (Based anywhere in Greece)
Industry: Premium Travel Concierge Services & Global Hospitality Care
Experience Level: Entry Level / Junior (No prior travel, tourism, or hospitality experience required; comprehensive paid onboarding provided)
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Role Overview

Are you a fluent Danish speaker passionate about delivering world-class service while enjoying the ultimate Mediterranean lifestyle? We are actively seeking dedicated Danish-speaking professionals to join an elite, fully remote team representing one of the world's premier global travel brands. In this position, you will transcend conventional transactional support, elevating day-to-day customer care into a refined, high-touch luxury travel concierge experience.

Operating with complete geographic flexibility from anywhere in Greece—whether you are based in historical Athens, vibrant Thessaloniki, or a tranquil island community—you will serve as the primary digital advisor and trusted liaison for Danish travelers worldwide. You will take full ownership of end-to-end travel logistics, real-time itinerary modifications, and complex platform navigation, ensuring that every customer journey remains effortless, personal, and memorable. Prior sector experience is not mandatory, as we supply thorough, fully compensated training to prepare you for long-term career growth.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

  • Customized Travel Care & Advisory: Act as a dedicated personal concierge for Danish-speaking travelers, providing tailored recommendations, handling bespoke booking modifications, coordinating luxury hotel or villa stays, and arranging special operational requests.
  • Digital Ecosystem Support: Educate and guide users through platform feature sets, helping them navigate self-service account portals, mobile app tools, digital pass credentials, and online reservation management systems.
  • High-Priority Disruption Management: Act as the first line of defense during unexpected travel disruptions, rapidly resolving sudden flight cancellations, severe delay rerouting, connection overbooking, and emergency accommodation changes to minimize traveler stress.
  • Refined Omnichannel Interaction: Deliver sophisticated, highly articulate support across multiple real-time communication channels, including inbound phone inquiries, professional email correspondence, and instant messaging chats in fluent Danish.
  • System Data & Case Logging: Maintain flawless operational hygiene by meticulously capturing customer preferences, booking updates, special requirements, and resolution paths within enterprise CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with global back-office operational units, international airline representatives, and partner hotel management teams to resolve high-tier service queries efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Language Qualifications:
    • Danish: Native or fluent command (C1/C2 level) to deliver polished, culturally sensitive support to premium Danish clientele.
    • English: Solid professional proficiency (minimum B2 level) for internal corporate systems, team alignment, and ongoing corporate training programs.
  • Service Mindset & Demeanor: Highly empathetic, patient, and articulate communicator with a natural passion for hospitality, active listening, and going above and beyond for customers.
  • Remote Readiness & Technical Aptitude: Comfortable managing multiple digital platforms simultaneously, combined with strong self-discipline and independence to succeed in an autonomous, full-time work-from-home environment.
  • Work Eligibility: Full legal authorization to live and work in Greece (EU passport or valid Greek work permit) alongside a quiet, dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive Base Pay: Market-leading compensation tailored for bilingual talent in Greece, incorporating the local 14-month annual payment structure (extra Christmas, Easter, and vacation bonuses).
  • Performance Bonuses: Tiered monthly performance incentives linked to customer satisfaction, service delivery metrics, and operational accuracy.
  • Full Equipment Package: Enterprise-grade remote hardware (including a high-performance laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and noise-canceling headset) delivered straight to your residence.
  • Health Coverage: Private medical, dental, and life insurance benefits active from day one of employment.
  • Turnkey Relocation Package (If Moving to Greece): Fully covered flight to Greece, 30 days of free temporary hotel accommodation, and complete administrative assistance for tax (AFM) and social security (AMKA) registration.
  • Career Development: Structured internal advancement tracks into team management, quality assurance coaching, or corporate training roles.
