Core Experience & Architecture

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on technical analysis, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience consulting with external customers.

• Experience working on software development/implementation projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, and HRSD.

• Experience working in Agile projects.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow; ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience delivering 4–5 ITSM ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience with ITAM, including SAM and HAM implementations.

• Experience delivering 3–5 ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

• Experience with HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM would be an added advantage.

• CTA/CMA certification preferred.

AI / GenAI / ServiceNow AI (this is a must have)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, LLM, and/or Generative AI.

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.

• Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain-specific prompts, and RAG-based solutions.

• Proven experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi-step automation.

• Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.

• Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI-driven ServiceNow actions, including record creation, case triage, and data retrieval.

• Ability to integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.
