The FP&A Consolidations, Sr. Manager is responsible for leading consolidated FP&A activities across IDT and Aldevron, including financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive decision support. This role will partner closely with business and finance leaders to translate financial results into actionable insights across revenue, profitability, working capital, headcount, and operational performance.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance Consolidation, is part of the FP&A Consolidations team, and will be fully remote within the US.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead consolidated FP&A processes across IDT and Aldevron, including monthly forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning support, and performance management.
  • Prepare executive-ready financial reporting, variance analysis, and operating review materials that clearly explain performance versus forecast, budget, prior forecast, and prior year.
  • Analyze key business drivers including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash flow, working capital, and headcount productivity to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance analytics to support strategic decisions, resource allocation, and leadership reviews.
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Accounting, HR, and systems teams to improve FP&A processes, standardize reporting, and increase automation across planning and reporting activities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and business partnership.
  • Experience with FP&A systems, reporting automation, or planning platforms such as OneStream, SAP, D365, or similar tools.
  • Ability to influence leadership, collaborate across functions, and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insight.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Travel requirements are expected to be limited and based on business need.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience preparing executive-level FP&A materials, operating review content, and performance commentary for senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 to $155,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay targeted at 15%.
