The Territory Manager, Aftermarket Sales is responsible for selling SCIEX aftermarket products, primarily service contracts, but also including services, software, training, consumables, and chemistries within designated accounts. The role drives revenue and order growth in an assigned territory by developing existing customers, acquiring new customers, cross-selling solutions, and working with distribution channels.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Service Sales East and is part of the Aftermarket and Service Sales Team The position is fully remote in the United States and supports an assigned sales territory of North Carolina and Tennessee.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute territory plans that build pipeline, expand customer relationships, and achieve aftermarket revenue and order targets.
  • Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts and market segments.
  • Present the value of the SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Use sales processes, market knowledge, competitive information, and available data to assess opportunities, address sales challenges, and maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
  • Partner with field sales, field service, marketing, distribution channels, and other internal teams to coordinate account strategies, promote campaigns, and support customer success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful direct sales experience with a proven track record of selling products, services, or solutions within the life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or related technical industries.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required vendor credentials and meet customer site access requirements.
  • Must live within assigned territory with ability to travel within territory and work remotely from home office

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel –30% travel within territory, with occasional overnight travel depending upon location. Further travel may be necessary to attend company events and conferences.
  • Must have a valid Passport and driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • SCIEX instrumentation, software, or aftermarket products.
  • Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Coordinating account strategies with field sales and field service teams.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000- 95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
