Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

Requirements

Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures;

Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite.

Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns.

Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation; able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach.

Strong English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US, as well as solid business development and product communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal BD teams and external project partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns; responsible for campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, GTM execution, and reward distribution.

Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and potential GTM initiatives for campaigns/products; continuously improve the product experience in key flows such as staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective.

Build a data analysis framework using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights.

Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena

Able to understand basic smart contract logic and use on-chain analytics tools such as Dune / Etherscan
