Job Description:

Overview: Our Store Operations team provides operational support and direction to all Marshalls and T.J. Maxx stores.  The Project Management team is looking for a co-op with a background in Project Management that has demonstrated the ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and attention to detail. This role will support the Store Operations team to monitor, adjust, follow up on projects across Store Operations in addition to supporting key projects within this team. What this Co-op could look like based on potential Store Ops projects: • Support mid-cycle/year-end Inventory coordination with field and internal partners • Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate the collection and publication of the Q4 Strategy Guide for store teams • Monitor emergency supply needs for stores balancing expiring product with new orders • Work with multiple teams within Store Operations to review project plans and update as needed • Special projects as assigned  Who we are looking for: • Previous co-op experience preferred but not required • Strong project management skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
