Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead teams and drive change via the execution of system vision and priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, with excellent follow-through and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as required.
- Experience in identifying, hiring and developing leaders to position them for personal growth and organizational success.
