Job Description

The candidate must be located in Singapore, applications of those residing outside of Singapore will not be considered.

BwB is seeking a Non-Executive Director to join the company's board. This role will offer an independent perspective on company activities to provide insight on possibilities for enhanced decision-making. This role will advise Senior Management on how to enable further development of the company in Singapore, which will require a constructive working relationship with Senior Management.

The current time commitment for this role is approximately 2 hours per quarter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, investment banking, or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services; prior ESG or sustainability experience is essential
• Demonstrable understanding of board governance, fiduciary duties and leadership at senior level

• Familiarity with Singapore's financial, regulatory or business environment is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at board and senior management level
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and diplomatically
