Job description

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team in a fully remote, contract position in the US. In this role, you will provide Estimating department support in: receiving and processing requests for quotes, creating and distributing proposals and pricing as required, help organize incoming requests and emails in the shared Estimating email account. You will also coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.

This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 6-12 months with the possibility of extension. This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Unites States.
 

​Responsibilities:

  • As directed by department manager, analyze incoming requests for pricing for print services and other job-related activities such as typesetting, EDGAR, and shipping

  • Seek clarification on incomplete details on requests for proposals

  • Determine most suitable Vendors for projects and solicit prices

  • Use Broadridge systems to enter and process estimates

  • Follow Broadridge pricing standards and create and send proposals to sales

  • Provide direction and support to sales and other departments on print-related pricing and processes

  • Follow Estimating standard operating procedures and processes

  • Provide backup support in managing Estimating workflow

  • Provide support to billing process as directed by department manager

  • Interface with Sales and Finance to maintain accuracy and timeliness of invoicing

  • Facilitate revenue growth through extended interviews with Sales associates to perform in depth analysis regarding client needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Print Estimating experience or Print Production experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel

  • Ability to work with numbers and percentages

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate with various external vendors and internal departments

  • Knowledge of Financial Printing Industry, Typesetting and EDGAR is a plus.
     

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
