Salesforce Developer

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, and CRM process improvement.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working extensively in Salesforce and is comfortable managing complex datasets, improving CRM processes, configuring Salesforce functionality, and maintaining accurate, reliable sales data.

This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Management & Cleanup
  • Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
  • Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
  • Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
CRM Configuration & Process Implementation
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
  • Implement and maintain CRM processes based on defined business requirements.
  • Support customer segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) structures.
  • Improve pipeline management, reporting, and data quality processes.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and recommend practical solutions.
Revenue & GTM Operations Support
  • Support revenue and go-to-market (GTM) operational processes.
  • Assist with reporting, forecasting, and revenue planning workflows.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
  • Help improve CRM processes to support accurate and reliable revenue data.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Documentation & Operational Support
  • Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows.
  • Promote consistent Salesforce usage and data-management practices.
  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc CRM, sales operations, and RevOps initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations.
  • Experience supporting sales or revenue teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM migrations, consolidations, or integrations.
  • Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing or improving CRM processes and reporting frameworks.
