Senior Salesforce Developer with Copado

We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps / Release Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CI/CD and deployment management in Argentina or Brazil (remote).

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling
Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments
Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management
Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes
Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues
Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management
Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality
Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks

Requirements:

4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management

Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management
Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts
Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications
Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments
Knowledge of test automation and release governance best practices
