Job description

JOB PURPOSE The Retail & Wholesale Manager ensures the long-term sustainability and expansion of the business by leading the strategic growth horizon. The role exists to identify, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships that convert market potential and service capabilities into a reliable, optimized revenue stream. The role acts as the critical bridge between Business Groups, Marketing, Sales Team, and Client Success teams, ensuring all growth initiatives balance market demand, profitability, and operational capacity. This role is accountable for identifying market trends, navigating through business analysis, and delivering on Sales KPIs .You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Growth Management: Owns the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to final execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligns with internal stakeholders to ensure that promised solutions meet technical realities and delivery timelines. Risk Mitigation: Identifies potential market shifts or competitor movements, driving scenario planning to safeguard the sales pipeline. Business Optimization: Continuously refines the business development toolkit to improve conversion rates and improve the sales cycle. Analytical & Problem-solving skills: Able to visualize the data and find the operational root cause and prpose the optimal solutions. Innovation Execution: Coordinate with business groups, demand planners and sales teams for new product launches. Exports Plan & Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and communication with exports team on exports demand Master Data Health: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS +5 years of FMCG experience Engineering or Supply Chain Bachelors Degree Expertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Financial Acumen and P&L Mastery. Crisis Management. Teams Leadership.
