Job description

Job Title: Omniretail Executive Store Ops - Health and Proximity
Location: Remote/Field

Job Purpose


Drive nationwide store execution excellence by ensuring Perfect Store standards are consistently delivered across all channels. Lead operations, field execution, merchandising, compliance, and analytics to improve store productivity, shopper experience, and sales growth through Perfect Store KPI delivery. The role will focus on execution of Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, Place, and Proposition standards.

Key Responsibilities


1. Perfect Store Performance Management

  • Own national Perfect Store score performance.

  • Monitor KPI achievement by channel, region, customer, and store.

  • Identify execution gaps and implement corrective action plans.

  • Lead monthly Perfect Store business reviews.

2. Store Operations Excellence

  • Develop store execution standards and operating procedures.

  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are consistently implemented.

  • Drive compliance to planograms, displays, and visibility standards.

  • Manage field audit processes and governance.

3. Availability & Assortment

  • Ensure core SKU availability across stores.

  • Drive NPI placement execution and speed-to-shelf.

  • Partner with supply chain and sales teams to reduce OOS.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Open to fresh graduates with strong academic achievements and/or demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively in English in a professional business environment.

  • Experience leading, managing, or coordinating field execution teams is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Perfect Store execution standards and merchandising excellence.

  • Proficient in Power BI and experienced in leveraging retail analytics to drive insights and decision-making.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Exposure to FMCG, retail operations, sales, or customer development environments.

  • Experience analyzing retail performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management capabilities.
