Remote | Real Estate Reviewer — $45–$50/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced real estate practitioners to review professional work products and apply real-world domain judgment.

You will audit complete attempts at realistic real-estate tasks, assessing task authenticity, domain accuracy, grading quality, and whether the finished work would be usable in practice.

Key Responsibilities

Work-Product Review

• Review realistic real-estate files and outputs for practical accuracy and completeness.
• Check contracts, disclosures, budgets, reserves, rental documentation, and related work products where relevant.
• Identify errors or assumptions that require hands-on practitioner experience to detect.

Grading & Professional Judgment

• Review grader decisions and explain where they do or do not hold up.
• Independently assess whether a professional could use or accept the finished work.
• Provide concise written reasons for judgments.

Ideal Profile

• Real Estate Sales Agents: active US state license with 4+ years closing your own transactions.
• Property and Community Association Managers: 4+ years managing real portfolios or HOAs, including budgets and reserves.
• Real Estate Brokers: active broker license with 5+ years supervising agents and carrying compliance responsibility.
• Counter and Rental Clerks: 3+ years handling rental agreements, deposits, and damage claims.
• Near-native business English and comfort reviewing spreadsheets and PDFs.

Engagement Details

• Part-time, project-based consulting engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Independent-contractor engagement.
• Individual review items typically take approximately one hour.
