Remote | Public Sector Reviewer — $40–$45/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced public sector practitioners to review professional work products and apply real-world domain judgment.

You will audit complete attempts at realistic public-sector tasks, assessing task authenticity, domain accuracy, grading quality, and whether the finished work would be usable in practice.

Key Responsibilities

Work-Product Review

• Assess whether tasks realistically reflect day-to-day public-sector work.
• Review files, outputs, standards, regulations, figures, and constraints for accuracy.
• Identify practitioner-level errors, omissions, or unrealistic assumptions.

Grading & Professional Judgment

• Review grader decisions against the actual work product and explain disagreements.
• Independently assess whether the reported score is defensible.
• Provide concise written reasons for each judgment.

Ideal Profile

• Compliance Officers: 4+ years in regulatory, licensing, or program compliance.
• Administrative Services Managers: 5+ years running facilities, records, procurement, or general services for a public agency or institution.
• Child, Family, and School Social Workers: licensed where required, with 4+ years carrying an active caseload.
• Recreation Workers: 4+ years running public or institutional programs, including staffing and safety plans.
• First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives: 4+ years as a sworn supervisor at sergeant rank or above.
• Near-native business English and comfort reviewing spreadsheets and PDFs.

Engagement Details

• Part-time, project-based consulting engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Independent-contractor engagement.
• Individual review items typically take approximately one hour.
