Remote | Clinical & Healthcare Operations Reviewer — $65–$80/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced clinical and healthcare operations professionals to review professional work products and apply real-world domain judgment.

You will audit realistic healthcare work products for authenticity, clinical and operational accuracy, grading quality, and practical usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical, administrative, scheduling, records, billing, and operational work products for realism and accuracy.
• Assess whether relevant US healthcare standards, terminology, privacy, payer, and operational requirements are handled correctly.
• Review grader decisions, explain disagreements, and independently assess whether the final score is defensible.

Ideal Profile

• Registered Nurses: 5+ years post-licensure bedside care with an active US license; charge nurse or preceptor experience is ideal.
• Nurse Practitioners: board-certified with 3+ years managing their own patient panel.
• Medical and Health Services Managers: practice managers, clinic administrators, or department directors with 5+ years owning a clinical budget.
• First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support: 4+ years supervising patient access, HIM, scheduling, or billing in a clinical setting.
• Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants: 4+ years handling scheduling, clinical correspondence, and records in a practice or hospital department.
• Near-native business English and comfort reviewing spreadsheets and PDFs.

Engagement Details

• Part-time, project-based consulting engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Independent-contractor engagement.
• Individual review items typically take approximately one hour.
