Job description

We are hiring a phone-first Sales Development Representative to own the front end of the sales process for a regenerative medicine and wellness practice. This person is the first human voice a prospect hears: qualifying inbound leads, setting and confirming appointments, operating the CRM as the single source of truth, following up on seminar and event interest, and filling any downtime with proactive outbound business development. The role begins focused on appointment setting and grows with the account; the right hire has the maturity and sales instinct to eventually lead this function as lead volume scales. Responsibilities: ● Appointment Setting & Lead Qualification ● Qualify prospective clients by identifying their needs and level of interest, and schedule calls, consultations, or seminar attendance on behalf of the team. ● Apply a working understanding of the sales funnel to separate high-intent prospects from tire-kickers and route opportunities to the right next step. Inbound Lead Follow-Up ● Work warm inbound leads across phone, SMS/chat, and email, responding quickly to inquiries and keeping prospects engaged from first touch to booked appointment. ● Run consistent follow-ups and check-ins to nurture prospects, answer questions, reduce no-shows, and lift appointment-to-consult conversion. CRM Operation (GoHighLevel) ● Operate GoHighLevel as the system of record: log every interaction, update lead and contact information, manage pipelines and follow-up tasks, and keep records accurate and current. ● Use and maintain follow-up sequences, tags, and pipeline stages so no lead goes cold and reporting stays clean. Seminar & Event Follow-Up ● Support recurring seminars and events: confirm registrants, follow up with prospects to gauge and reconfirm interest, qualify attendees, and re-engage no-shows and past registrants for future sessions. Business Development (Outbound) ● Fill available capacity with proactive outbound, including cold calling, to build pipeline and keep the calendar full during periods of lighter inbound volume. ● Represent the brand professionally on every outbound touch and hand qualified interest into the CRM and booking flow. Coordination & Reporting ● Coordinate calendars and appointments so prospects receive timely communication and a smooth booking experience. ● Surface trends, objections, and lead-quality signals back to the team to sharpen messaging and targeting. Volume & Ramp Lead flow will start light as paid campaigns ramp. Expect roughly 40 to 50 outreach touches per week to begin, weighted toward outbound business development and seminar follow-up, then shifting toward inbound qualification and appointment setting as ad-driven volume grows. Comfort operating in both modes is essential. Growth Path This is a build-from-the-ground-up seat. As lead volume and the team expand, the right hire has a clear path to lead the appointment-setting and sales-support function. That means learning the inner workings of the process now, being coachable, and demonstrating the judgment to eventually guide others. 📍 Location: LATAM (Remote) ⚠️ Requirements: Proven experience selling beauty, wellness, or healthcare products, or relevant education in a medical or health-related discipline.   #SolvoHRGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
