We are currently building our talent pipeline for a possible upcoming opportunity and are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA / QA Lead with a strong technical background and experience working across Quality Assurance, DevOps, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone who can combine strong QA expertise with an understanding of modern development and integration environments, while also taking ownership of testing strategies, quality processes, and collaboration with technical teams.

✨ Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate QA activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and scenarios.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to identify testing needs and potential risks.

  • Design, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

  • Identify, document, prioritize, and follow up on defects.

  • Work closely with development, DevOps, business, and technical teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.

  • Support the implementation and improvement of QA processes and best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with teams working with Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.

  • Validate integrations and APIs across different systems and platforms.

  • Work within DevOps and CI/CD environments, supporting quality throughout the deployment pipeline.

  • Identify opportunities to improve test automation, testing efficiency, and overall QA processes.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to other QA professionals when required.

  • Communicate testing results, risks, blockers, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure testing activities are aligned with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

✅ Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.

  • Previous experience as a Senior QA, QA Engineer, QA Lead, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

  • Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

  • Experience working with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with Salesforce environments and applications.

  • Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, or enterprise integration environments.

  • Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or similar.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong understanding of defect management and issue-tracking processes.

  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is highly desirable.

  • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and identify potential quality risks.
