We are a dedicated Squad on a mission to redefine Swiss watchmaking, rooted in our legacy since 1884. Driven by innovation and precision we create timepieces that combine modern-retro design with casual, approachable, and sustainable luxury — powered by passionate teams around the world.

We are looking for a Lead e-Commerce EMEA & Managing Director BEU (temporary mission) to join our team in Lijnden, Amsterdam area, Netherlands. Reporting directly to the Global Head of eCommerce & Digital Engagement in Switzerland, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our e-commerce growth, strengthening our digital presence across European markets, and ensuring an exceptional premium customer experience.

This is much more than an e-commerce project or business development role. It is a strategic leadership position with real impact, combining commercial responsibility, digital transformation, market development and cross-functional leadership.

Your contribution:

  • Lead the local organization, setting strategic priorities and objectives, developing teams, and ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
  • Own the e-commerce business budget/targets across EMEA and SEA, identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and market expansion, ultimately achieving business targets.
  • Develop and implement new sales plans while continuously improving existing e-commerce processes, tools and customer journeys to maximize commercial performance and customer experience.
  • Lead e-commerce logistics and operational excellence, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations, strong execution and readiness to support business growth.
  • Develop and drive customer loyalty and retention initiatives, strengthening online brand awareness, engagement and long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop plans to expand the online presence into new markets, identifying opportunities, assessing market potential and supporting successful market launches.
  • Steer e-commerce stock planning and management across the responsible markets, tracking product performance and optimizing the product portfolio, stock efficiency, and product lifecycle.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key business partners across payments, logistics, e-commerce platforms, and other strategic areas.
  • Oversee internal and external Multilingual Customer Service Teams (Amsterdam and Hong Kong), ensuring a premium customer experience and strong alignment with e-commerce and commercial objectives.

You will fit perfectly into our team if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a senior e-commerce, digital commerce, business development or commercial leadership role, ideally within retail, luxury, premium or fashion.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and leading cross-functional organizations, with the ability to set direction, inspire people and deliver strong business results.
  • You have strong experience in e-commerce management, digital operations and business development, with a solid understanding of online commercial performance, customer journeys and market dynamics.
  • You have a strong commercial and strategic mindset, with demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention and market expansion.
  • You have a strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, assess business performance and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • You have proven experience leading complex digital projects across internal and external teams and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across different markets and functions.
  • You are experienced in e-commerce platforms, CMS systems and UX/UI best practices, with a strong understanding of digital customer experience.
  • You are comfortable working with digital and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, GA4, SAP and Power BI.
  • You are comfortable navigating a dynamic, international and demanding environment, demonstrating strong organization, resilience, agility and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • You are a strong communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior management, local market teams and cross-functional partners across EMEA and SEA.
  • You are fluent in English. Additional languages, particularly Dutch, French, or German are a strong plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are a plus.
