  • Define principles and governance models that elevate global HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Lead Through Ambiguity & Complexity

  • Own resolution of enterprise‑impacting issues across Workday, payroll, and downstream systems—often with incomplete information and significant complexity.

  • Drive innovative operating models and system enhancements leveraging Workday, analytics, Agentic AI, and emerging HR technologies.

  • Use data, insights, and trends to identify root causes, uncover improvement opportunities, and influence smarter decision‑making.

  • Establish quality metrics, service benchmarks, and scalable processes that support long‑term growth and audit readiness.

  • Influence leaders and teams across regions to adopt consistent, high‑quality ways of working.

What Sets You Up for Success:

  • You’re comfortable making decisions that impact multiple functions and enterprise priorities.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • You build strong, credible relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership.

  • You know how to tailor communication, challenge thinking respectfully, and align diverse stakeholders toward outcomes.

Technology & Data Fluency

  • Strong appreciation for analytics, data governance, and AI‑enabled process design, including emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

  • Passion for leveraging technology to simplify work, improve accuracy, and elevate employee experience.

  • Familiarity with Workday and ability to connect Workday to the broader technology landscape.
