The QARA Training Manager is responsible for working with our global QARA and Product Governance and Compliance teams of over 250  employees across the world, and to support the entire organization with QMS quality related training. This position reports to the Senior Manager, QMS Operations and is part of the Quality Assurance and QMS Governance Team and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

• Work closely with leadership within the QARA organization to maintain the Global QMS Personnel Training procedure and specifying the processes for a) identifying individual training needs, b) ensuring appropriate personnel are trained, c) individual training needs and plans are documented and readily available for the global team.

• Ensure processes are in place to ensure employees at a global level have knowledge, skills, and abilities to consistently perform their job at a high level of compliance and performance.
• Formulate project plans, establishing priorities for training module development and revision in support of deploying standard and consistent QARA training across Cytiva.
• Lead the process of development and revision of selected training content, delivered by relevant Subject Matter experts, in support of deploying standard and consistent QMS training across Cytiva.
• As part of a training team, act as a functional owner of the electronic learning management system content relevant to QMS as well as system admin.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years working in a regulated pharmaceutical, medical device or life science industry in the area of QMS training or equivalent

• QMS 9001, 13485 or pharmaceutical(drug) QMS experience in the Life Science medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry

• Experience of administration of electronic LMS or equivalent and developing training content. Experience in working with QMS or Documentation management process and relevant electronic systems will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Exceptional analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
